Privacy Policy

mpvCOLOR is an ad-supported color-by-number game. The game does not require an account and the developer does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information to play. Advertising services integrated into the app may automatically process limited device, usage, diagnostic, and advertising information as described below.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mpvCOLOR mobile application (“Application”) for Android and iOS, provided by mpvgamestudio (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

2. Information processed by the Application

You do not need to create an account or submit personal contact information to use the Application. Game progress, completed characters, and preferences are stored locally on your device unless a platform feature explicitly states otherwise.

The Service Provider does not receive your name, postal address, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, payment information, or health information through normal gameplay.

3. Advertising and information processed by Google

The Application uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To deliver, measure, limit the frequency of, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising from fraud and abuse, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

IP address, which may be used to estimate a general, non-precise location;
device identifiers, including an advertising identifier when access is permitted, and app- or developer-scoped identifiers;
advertising data, including ads shown and interactions with ads;
product interaction and usage data, such as app launches, taps, and video views associated with advertising;
diagnostic information, including non-user-related crash logs;
performance information, such as launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
device and app information needed to provide and secure the advertising service.

The precise information processed can depend on your device, operating system, region, privacy selections, the type of ad delivered, and Google’s current service configuration.

4. Purposes of processing

The information described above may be processed to:

deliver and display advertisements;
provide personalized advertising where legally permitted and where the required permission or consent has been obtained;
provide contextual or non-personalized advertising;
measure ad performance and user interactions with ads;
limit how often an ad is displayed;
detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues;
diagnose crashes and improve service reliability and performance; and
comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Personalized ads and your choices

Depending on your region and device settings, the Application may ask for consent before using personal data for personalized advertising. If consent is not provided, Google may provide non-personalized or limited ads where available. Non-personalized and limited ads may still use information such as an IP address, device and app information, and fraud-prevention signals to deliver and secure advertisements.

You may review Google advertising controls at Google My Ad Center. Additional privacy and advertising controls may also be available in your device settings.

6. App Tracking Transparency on iOS

On supported Apple devices, the Application may display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or performing tracking as defined by Apple. You may allow or deny this request. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from playing the game, although the ads shown may be less personalized.

You can review or change this choice in iOS or iPadOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

7. Location information

The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location. Advertising services may use an IP address to estimate a general location, such as a country or city-level area, for advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

8. Sharing and service providers

The Service Provider does not sell personal information directly. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law.

9. Data retention

Locally stored game progress remains on your device until it is removed through the Application, cleared through the operating system, or the Application is uninstalled. Information processed by Google is retained in accordance with Google’s own policies, applicable legal requirements, user choices, and service settings.

10. Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Users are not asked to submit personal contact information to play. If the Application is offered to an audience or in a region where child-directed treatment is required, advertising requests and personalization must be handled in accordance with applicable child privacy laws and platform policies.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider, please contact us so that we can review and address the request.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security can be provided.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Because the Service Provider does not operate user accounts, we may not be able to identify data processed under a device identifier. You may still contact us with a privacy request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

You can stop future collection associated with use of the Application by uninstalling it. You can also reset or restrict advertising identifiers and tracking through your device settings. Requests concerning information controlled by Google may be subject to Google’s privacy tools and procedures.

13. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is governed by the applicable provider policies and legal safeguards.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, advertising services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
